Essential oil packaging is more than a bottle choice. The oil, closure materials, dispensing method, artwork and shipping conditions need to work together. PanPan Aroma helps brand customers frame packaging requirements for review with partner manufacturers and packaging suppliers. Availability and order minimums are confirmed for each configuration.
Start with compatibility and use
Describe the exact oil or blend and how a buyer will use it. An undiluted botanical oil, a fragrance compound and a finished massage oil may need different dispensing and label instructions. Request compatibility checks for the proposed liquid, bottle and closure rather than relying on appearance alone.
Specify nominal fill volume, bottle material and color, neck finish, cap style, inner seal and any tamper-evident feature. A dropper or reducer must be evaluated with the actual liquid. Dispensing consistency, leakage and closure performance belong in the sample review.
Make artwork production ready
Provide editable artwork, brand assets and your intended selling market. Confirm the actual print area and supplier dieline before laying out labels or cartons. A screen preview cannot verify small-text readability, color matching or the fit around a bottle.
Product identity, ingredient information, warnings and other required label content must match the approved specification and target market. We do not recommend adding claims or certification marks that your project evidence does not support. Your brand should approve the final text and production proof before release.
Review a complete packaging sample
Assess the assembled unit, not only individual components. Check opening, dispensing, label adhesion, carton fit and transit protection. Record the approved version and any limitations so that the quote and production order refer to the same configuration.
Share your target unit count, fill sizes, number of designs and delivery destination. We can then discuss which packaging choices need further sourcing, testing or sampling. Final cost and timing depend on the confirmed components and project requirements.
