PanPan Aroma works with brand owners, importers and distributors on private label essential oil projects through partner manufacturers. Start with your intended market, product type and target quantity. We use that brief to discuss a suitable product route, packaging choices, the documentation to request and the next sampling step.
Choose the right starting point
A private label project can begin with an existing product specification or a more detailed development brief. Describe whether you need a single botanical oil, a blend, a carrier oil or a finished product. Essential oils, fragrance oils and ready-to-use massage oils have different compositions and purchasing requirements, so we keep those categories separate.
Tell us the target use, bottle sizes, proposed sales channels and launch market. If you already have reference samples or packaging artwork, explain which features matter. A reference helps define the brief; it does not establish a formula, performance claim or permission to reproduce another brand's design.
Align product, packaging and evidence
We discuss samples before final production specifications. Review the scent profile, appearance, intended use and packaging together, then record any changes. For a botanical essential oil, ask for its botanical identity, extraction method, origin information and the relevant quality documents available for the proposed supply.
Label and carton work should follow the approved product specification. Your market, claims and packaging determine the checks needed before artwork is released. Document availability, testing scope, order minimums, pricing and timing are confirmed for the specific project rather than assumed across the range.
Send a focused OEM brief
A useful first inquiry includes your company, destination country, product list, estimated quantity per item, preferred packaging and launch stage. If the quantities are uncertain, give a range and say whether you are comparing samples, preparing a pilot order or planning repeat supply.
- Product type and intended application
