This website introduces PanPan Aroma's sourcing and private label project services. Product names, illustrations and buying guides help prepare an enquiry; they do not by themselves establish a final specification, current availability, quotation or accepted order. The written documents agreed for a specific project define its commercial scope.
Product information and quotations
Availability, product identity, specifications, price, order minimums, packaging and timing are confirmed for the proposed project. Catalogue candidates are sourcing directions for discussion, not a current-stock list. A category page does not promise that every format or document is available for every item. Include any essential requirement in your enquiry and obtain confirmation.
A successful form receipt or reference acknowledges an enquiry submission. It does not accept an order, reserve inventory or confirm payment. Before committing to production, review the written quotation, approved specification, packaging and artwork, delivery arrangements and any separate commercial terms.
Samples and approval
Samples are supplied for an agreed review purpose. A liquid sample, packaging mockup and assembled pre-production sample demonstrate different things. Record the exact version reviewed, your acceptance criteria and any changes needed before production.
A change to the material, formula, packaging or artwork may require a new review and may affect cost or timing. Each party should confirm the revised scope in writing. Reference designs and samples are used to clarify a brief; they do not establish rights to reproduce another brand's material.
Claims, documentation and market review
Quality documents should be checked for the product, sample or batch and scope they identify. Historical evidence or another product's report should not be relied on as a blanket claim. Product categories such as essential oils, fragrance oils and finished massage oils should remain accurately described.
The buyer should review its intended product use, labels, claims and market requirements before launch. The website does not provide a market-specific approval of a product or finished brand. Use the contact form to clarify the project and document requirements before treating an open item as confirmed.
