PanPan Aroma supports wholesale essential oil and private label inquiries for brand owners, importers and distributors. The starting point is the exact botanical product you want to buy. Names, grades and intended uses can vary between suppliers. A clear specification makes samples and quotations easier to compare and helps separate botanical essential oils from fragrance oils and carrier oils.
Identify the oil before comparing prices
Give the common name and, where known, botanical name, plant part, extraction method and origin preference. For an oil with meaningful compositional variations, state the relevant specification or ask how the proposed supply is identified. A common name alone may describe more than one commercially available material.
Specify whether you need bulk material, filled bottles or a complete private label product. Add estimated quantities per item, preferred pack sizes and destination. The form of supply affects packaging work, sampling, documentation and the quotation.
Ask for evidence relevant to the material
Request the product specification and available batch-related documents for the proposed oil. A COA, SDS and GC/MS report answer different questions; none should be treated as a substitute for the others. Confirm what is available, which sample or batch it covers and whether further testing is needed.
We discuss quality document requests by product and project. We do not present a test on one item as evidence for every oil, or make an organic or purity claim without the corresponding support. Review samples against your intended application and purchasing specification before confirming an order.
Prepare a focused wholesale brief
A short, accurate list is more useful than a request for every product at one price. Include your priority oils, quantities, intended application and documentation requirements. If you are building a branded range, add bottle and label preferences so the initial discussion reflects the full project.
Final product availability, specification, pricing, order minimums and timing are confirmed in the quotation. For fragrance compositions or ready-to-use massage products, use the separate category pages so that your inquiry reaches the right product brief.
